The Senior Performance Data Analyst role is based in our Performance and Business Information Team, who are striving to build a data-driven culture across the organisation, improving the Housing Ombudsman’s data capabilities through the implementation of innovative customer-centric reporting and forecasting solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data from core systems using data transformation techniques to identify, develop and inform. You will deliver robust, high quality actionable customer insights through automation and data re-use, enabling a single version of the truth. In addition, you will identify performance trends, support operational decision-making and drive continuous service improvement, maximising the value of organisational data assets.
To be a success in the role you will bring extensive experience of using Microsoft Power BI to deliver reports and analysis, a track record of stakeholder engagement that helps you to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions and the ability to gather requirements, build data platforms and provide the data based insights required to help us to continuously improve. Additionally your commitment to our values of Learning and Excellence will be crucial, as you will contribute to our understanding of data-driven decision-making and drive organisation wide success.
